For quick and easy scanning, the keys on the ADS-3000N can be easily programmed to instantly send scanned documents to pre-selected destinations, scanning directly to departmental folders, frequently used email addresses or OCR (Optical Character Recognition) software, limiting error and reducing staff training.

Advanced Image Processing

Damaged documents are cleaned and image quality improved for storing, editing, sharing and OCR (Optical Character Recognition). The file sizes are reduced for easy sharing and clear digital files are generated for effortless reading, so that you spend less time manually preparing and correcting documents.

Mixed media with professional results

From 2-sided A4 and mixed batches of business cards, receipts for expenses to multi-page documents and extra-long paper, the ADS-3000N can easily manage the paper through the Automatic Document Feeder (ADF).

Multi-feed Detection & Advanced Reverse Roller System

Potential misfeeds are detected and lets you know when an irregular feed is detected, reducing the risk of damaged documents and lost data. When processing bulk jobs with a variety of document types and weights, only one sheet is fed-through and processed at a time.
